Our classes are inclusive and accessible to everyone.
You can practice yoga from the comfort and convenience of your home with our livestream classes.
All classes are guided by compassionate, experienced and certified teachers.
And we have in-person, indoor classes offered through the Emeritus Institute
at Saddleback College.
If you are interested in becoming a yoga teacher or deepening your practice, take a look at
the Saddleback College Yoga Teacher Training Program.
