Class Descriptions:

Level 1 Yoga - Perfect for beginners, no experience or flexibility required, poses are modified and adapted to the individual need of the student

Level 1-2 Yoga - Appropriate for strong beginners and intermediate level students who wish to develop further strength, flexibility and stamina.

This is a faster pace class than the level 1 class.

Level 2 Anusara -   Anusara Yoga®, founded in 1997 by John Friend, is a form of hatha yoga integrating the love and radiance of the Heart with Universal Principles of Alignment™.

Anusara Yoga is learning to skillfully ride the currents of our experience into the fullness of our Hearts, and then it is sharing this innate joy with the world to create beauty and strengthen community

Restorative/Easy Does it Yoga- Relax deeply in this mellow class with the support of props and long held passive poses.

Mat Pilates - Develop your core strength. This is a 1 hour class.

Mindful Movement - The goal of each class is to create awareness of the body, mind and spirit. The class combines somatic movement,

pilates and functional fitness to improve posture, alignment, increase muscle length and strength, create physical changes that positively

impact your daily activities.

Tai Chi - The graceful images of people gliding through dance-like poses as they practice tai chi are compelling. Simply watching them is relaxing.

Tai chi, in fact, is often described as "meditation in motion" because it promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind and body.

Originally developed in China as a form of self-defense, tai chi is a graceful form of exercise that has existed for some 2,000 years.

Practiced regularly, tai chi can help you reduce stress, increase flexibility, energy, agility, and well being.
