Join us for a mini yoga retreat! The retreat includes a revitalizing yoga practice, a guided meditation session, and a grounding sound bath with singing metal bowls, 36" bronze gong and chimes. No yoga or meditation experience needed. All levels and abilities are welcome. Bring your own yoga mat, 8-10ft yoga strap, two yoga blocks/large beach towels, and water bottle. Optional items to bring: journal, and eye pillow, light snack. Please do not wear or use anything scented (lotions, perfumes, shampoo, etc.)

These mini retreats will be held at the Dana Point Community Center,
34052 Del Obispo St.

The goal of this series is to help you feel better in your body; reduce tension, stiffness, pain and even compliment recovery. Each workshop will focus on a specific area. We start with a myofascial release using yoga therapy ball, and then stretch and strengthen with traditional yoga poses and corrective/functional movements. Each class includes guided relaxation. Yoga therapy ball is provided. All levels and abilities are welcome. Bring your own yoga mat, 8-10ft yoga strap, two yoga blocks, two yoga blankets/large beach towels, water bottle, and items to take notes with. Please do not wear or use anything scented (lotions, perfume, shampoo, etc.). Cloth face covering and non-contact temperature check required.
