What is TFT (Thought Field Therapy)?
TFT is a non-invasive therapy that was developed by psychologist, Dr. Roger Callahan. You'll learn how to tap specific meridian points as you focus on the thoughts and feelings that come with anxiety and fear, allowing yourself to heal the thought field you want to change. Tapping your meridian points can release energy blockages that can cause negative emotions so you can allow your body to heal.
Let’s build a community and learn how to heal with Thought Field Therapy (TFT), breath work, and yoga. If you’re new to tapping or yoga, no worries, I will guide you the whole time. Let’s support each other and learn from each other.
Your journey will consist of tapping a set of meridian points (acupuncture points) that can release congested energy that cause negative emotions. You will be guided to tap into your body’s own natural healing system and learn to feel and let go of emotional traumas. Relax and let go a little more with specific tapping points and breath work.

My name is Julie Seals and I have had anxiety since I was a young adult. I started having panic attacks several years ago and wanted a natural way to heal rather than suppress my emotions. My naturopath taught me how to use TFT and then I became certified so I could helap others start their journey. What I love about TFT is that it's easy to learn and you can teach your family and friends. I found yoga almost five years ago and I now teach yoga. With the two of these, I have healed beautifully with time and consistency. Learn how to let go a little more so you can enjoy the present moment.
