Appropriate for strong athletic beginners and intermediate level students who wish to develop further strength, flexibility and stamina. In addition to the asana (poses), we will also practice pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. This is a faster pace class than the beginners class.
This class is for those with limited mobility, flexibility and strength. All poses will be done either sitting on a chair, standing up or on the floor. This class is set up so that you will not have to get up and down to/from the floor like a typical class. Wheelchairs are welcome.

This class has a strong emphasis on precise technique of poses with detailed alignment instructions, adjustments and focus on correct anatomical alignment.
Beginners and Yoga For Stiff People
Perfect for beginners, no experience or flexibility required. Poses are modified and adapted to the individual need of the student.
Relax deeply in this mellow class with the support of props and long held passive poses. This class is designed to help you calm your nervous system. You will feel rejuvenated.
Healthy Back Yoga
Improve the condition of your back with this gentle class. Emphasis is on releasing tension in the back through gentle stretching, strengthening and developing flexibility.
Healing Kundalini + Sacred Gong
Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul! Chiron the planetary gong is the "Wounded Healer". Through the tone and vibration of the Chiron Gong, old deep wounds will be released and healed; bringing forth transformation on your journey presenting new growth and ideas. The vibration of the Gong will break through old ideas and pain allowing you to move forward to create new higher vibration opportunities and relationships. We will do pranayama and light yoga to open us to receive the deepest healing Chiron can provide. Followed by gong bliss sound healing.
