Fall Mindfulness Retreat, Nov. 11 - 14, 2021.

Join us for a weekend of peace and  natural beauty.  The retreat will take place in San Marcos/Escondido on a 640 acre sacred space.

Restore, revitalize and reset with a richness of movement, stillness, silence and nature. We'll practice therapeutic yoga and energizing yet calming chi gong, illuminating breathwork, and deep meditation with sound bath. We'll take invigorating nature walks/hikes. And eat delicious and nourishing vegetarian meals carefully and lovingly prepared by Daphne Brennan. There will be blocks of time where we practice Noble Silent. There are lots of hiking trails, labyrinth walks, shaded oaks, sanctuaries, private meditation spots and wildlife. There is plenty of space for you to find spiritual reconnection, solitude and silence. You'll be joined by a supportive group of mindful and caring yogis.

Retreat starts on Thursday, Nov. 11. Check in is at 3pm.  Retreat ends on Sunday, Nov. 14.  Check out is at 11am. Reserve your spot with a  $100 non-refundable deposit per person. Full balance is due on October 11, one month prior to retreat start date,

Donation to Instructor:  The registration fee covers facility use, food and administrative costs only.  In keeping with a Buddhist tradition, known as “dana” (generosity) as well as the retreat facility's mission, instruction given at the retreat is given freely because it is considered priceless and timeless. It is given from the heart.  No amount is suggested, and all donations are anonymous.  Donations can be made at the end of the retreat. (This retreat will be lead/facilitated by Tam Nguyen.)

Covid protocols:  All retreat participants will need to provide a copy of their vaccination card (showing 1 shot J+J or 2 shots of Pfizer/Moderna.)

Contact us if you'd like to sign up for this retreat. Thank you.
